Broker Pre-Licensure

This 60-hour broker pre-licensure course is now required in order to sit for the Alabama Real Estate Commission's real estate license examination. Our 2008 course is therefore comprised of sixty (60) classroom hours of instruction offered in eight one-day sessions on Thursdays and Fridays, November 6-7; November 13-14; November 20-21 and December 4-5, eight hours per day except for a four-hour exam session on the morning of December 5. The tuition is $495.00 plus $55 for textbooks and materials for a total of $550.00. Applicants must provide all of the information asked below and pay by check or money order made payable to: Martin & Fellows Real Estate School before the first session. Because this course is offered in a small-class venue, please submit this information and your payment as soon as convenient to be assured of a seat.
