Required Sales Prelicense Course

Our real estate Sales Prelicense course is designed to fully comply with the Alabama Real Estate Commission's requirements. The information and materials available to you, including texts, handouts and in-class interaction with experienced instructors in our course will provide you with all the tools you need to prepare to study for, take and pass the state real estate exam. We also believe our course will give you valuable insight into how to be a successful and productive real estate licensee. When you have met the state course attendance requirement of at least 60 hours and have accumulated a total course score of at least 70% you will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to sit for the Alabama real estate licensing exam. Upon passing the state exam you can apply for a temporary sales license and begin your career.

Required Sales Post License Course

Our Sales Post Licensure meets or exceeds the Alabama Real Estate Commission's requirements for basic training as a salesperson in real estate brokerage. What you will learn while taking our course will give you the basic training to jump-start your real estate sales career. Experienced instructors and visiting experts from such diverse fields such as Business Planning, Marketing, Finance, Negotiations, Contracts, Closings, Cultural Differences, Inspections, Appraisals, and Avoiding Liabilities will help you learn to work professionally with both Buyers and Sellers. After you finish this course you will be able to apply for your permanent sales license. As a bonus, this course will also give you the required credit for the first 15 hours of required Continuing Education. To receive credit you must meet the attendance requirement and earn a total course score of at least 70%

Please note: You may enroll in advance but Commission rules do not allow you to begin a Post License course until you have (1) passed the state exam and (2) received a temporary real estate sales license number (either Active or Inactive).

Broker Prelicense Course

Ours is the original Alabama broker pre-license course. It is now required in order to sit for the Alabama real estate broker licensing examination. Since October 1, 2007 more aspiring brokers have attended our course than any other in Alabama. Our Broker Prelicense Course is a unique small venue, in-class, interactive and intensive yet enjoyable experience. Taught in a collegiate-level seminar environment we believe our course will give you valuable insight into how to be a successful and productive real estate broker, an astute business-person and give you tips on community leadership.

Plus, not only will you have a lot of fun as you prepare to take the new and difficult state broker?s exam, you will receive credit for all fifteen hours of required CE for this licensure period. We offer this course in a condensed time schedule to minimize your time away from your normal business.

Reciprocal Broker Alabama Law

This required 6-hour course, which covers unique aspects of Alabama law, rules and special responsibilities applicable to Brokers, as well as a review of common law and national real estate principles, will prepare you to take law portion of the Alabama RE Broker's Licensing Exam.

Reciprocal Salesperson Alabama Law

This required 6-hour course, which covers the differences in Alabama Law, as well as reviews common law and national real estate principles, will prepare you to take state law portion of the Alabama RE Salesperson's Licensing Exam.
